We do not charge any submission fees for participation.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content, layout, graphics, design, and functionality of the Website are owned by Qinling Mountains Festival or its content licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

 

Submitted content remains the property of the original creator, with the festival only using it under the terms set in Section 3.
